Morocco coach wants squad disbanded

Moroccan coach Hassan Moumen has asked the football federation to sack all the players in the national team and replace them with loyal ones. Moumen made the shocking call in the wake of their 3-1 defeat at the hand of Gabon, ruling them out of the 2010 World Cup. The defeat in Libreville also left their hopes of qualifying for the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations in the balance. The coach says the players must be replaced if the Atlas Lions are to make any future progress. “This encounter laid bare the weaknesses of this national team. It’s inexplicable but I think a new team need to be put in place,” Moumen said. “The players I expected to bring added value to the group were below my expectations and the others roamed around the pitch all perturbed and lacking concentration. “It’s a huge disappointment! We were counting so much on this match to at once defend our chances of staying the race for the next two big football events but unfortunately I was surprised by the performance of the national team.” Morocco must beat Cameroon at home next month and hope that Togo lose at home to Gabon to have any chance of qualifying for the African Cup of Nations.

A good coach could have spotted out the flaws of his team after the second day of play not when the tornament is over.Though one can not predict in soccer but even a child who watches the Morrocan stlye of play most recently can,t be convinced that they will be able to stumble Cameroon at home on the 14th of November.

He’s just being optimistic for anybody in that position won’t speak contrary, whilst it’s an alert to the technical bench of the indomitable lions.

say even if they could win cameroon at home, which can never happen, i mean the morrocan team has only 2 point, they,ve lost all matches, except for 2 draws, that will still put them no where in the hope of 2010 in S. A.
They may only dream to disturb Cameroon,s qualifying say if they got a draw and Togo lost to Gabon.
Important is cameroon has to beat Maroc.ToGo Vs Gabon, can do whatever they want.,

Boys wuna no put them sense for head.Allow him go ahead with his plan we can also profit on the plan and this can help the Lions since they will be lacking in collectivety as a new squard. We need this victory by all course even if it means hanging on a snake like a drunning man as Kodock once says we shall do.We have to get many plans for the victory this might be plan B too.
