“What goes around comes around” – even paul is expecting his
it is a shame that anglophones have also soild their garments with this francophone virus called embezzelment taking into cognizant the reputation and good governance system inherited from the British. I know a lot of you out there will crucify me for making such a statement, but ,this is the bitter truth Untill southern Cameroons join La Republic, there were never cases of corruption and embezzlement, but since nature and nurture both have deciding roles in shaping one’s behaviour the results are there for every one to see. What i am saying here is that there is no vice that so cover a man with shame as to be found false and perfidious.I think there are still a lot of rough edges in the fabric of the Cameroon administration and the recent arrest of some top brass in government will in no way have a ripple effect on the whole country
Dear Diganton, i will not crucify you even if i don’t agree with you entirely, especially as concerns the embezzlement virus being a francophone virus. First and foremost i am an anglophone of culture and education… and in that respect i have seen a lot of Cameroonians of the English speaking part embezzling tones of funds…from their position as chiefs, Mayors and even MP’s, an deven internal fund squandering in the major opposition party and, for sure brother, those who got to Mayor and MP position had practiced this dance for quite some time at their small jobs. i will not vouch for the perfection of a of a former Southern Cameroon, but rather for a serious patriotic generation of Leaders of the unified Cameroon at the very dawn of independence and reunification. I will not go to point fingers but i will say this is case study is entirely within the Ngoketunjia Division, deep inside the North West region…read in between the lines. And as the say in french…”pour noyer son chien on l’accuse de rage”
hello do u know what arresting people without taking what they have stolen means nothing.you may arrest him but as he still be in position of what he has taken can do any good to cameroonian
In a true democracy where all complements and arms of the government exercise independence, all mis demeanors are subjected to RESIGNATION not to talk about felony that Formal social control is applied. But that is not the case in my Country of birth.People are confused today.Think of the days that money was distributed during election campaignes.
The real thieves have not yet been spoken of.
you think you are deceiving who???
People have openly confessed of embezzlement and they are still moving about.
Those who have perpetrazed robbery in cameroun, they have been so heartless towards the others.
God will take care of your situations one by each.
The Mumbutous and the Bongos have passed by. Why do you think you will be forever.
You will not go with a tocken. It will be just what will be put on you. You do not know what awaits you.
I hope the Bongos and Mumboutus could tell you now where they are and what they are facing.
You are wasting your last days. Because you think you are untouchable and having every power to denounce those whom you impossed them against the voices of the people,
you have made cameroon your own. But your life is in the hands of God. God has given you the people of cameroon, but you have treted them so heartlessly.
If you want to proof to us that you love cameroon and you are doing it for our good, call a national conference let us go to book to see who has embezzle what???
you are not even ashame to still think of putting your candidature again for the forth coming election.
Things will change hand. You have had control over the situation for too long. When God takes over, I doubt what your situation will be.
My advice to you is to reconcile with God, before it is too late. The grudges the camerounian people have against you will never move God on your favour. But since you keep despising God, your end is near.
A people in agony is the situation of cameroon. People have been stripped naked of what respect and dignity means. Cameroon has fallen back 40 years in every aspect. Keep on deceiving yourselves. We are not moved by such acts. What is your concern for the street man???
You only chase money money???????
The lion men and their tyrany????
May God heaar the voices of cameroonians and Africans crying in agony.
Glory and honour be onto our God forever and ever Amen.
Amen to that!
Being it Anglophones or Francophone none of the government officiers in cameroon are perfect.
What about you?
What about you as a citizen of this country are you perfect?
As a matter of fact, the worm that is eating Cameroon public officials is widespread. Tazong Ndeh himself has been part of the problems plaguing Bamenda since his Inauguration in 1996.
He brought nothing but but hate and resentment to the poor population of Bamenda.
Well, do not know how this is linked to his arrest but technically, he is paying for all the pain and grieve he brought to the poor taxi men and hawkers in the Bamenda metropolitan Area.
The thing wey do caca, na ye go do coffee.
He cleaned up Bamenda and for a while made it beautiful. If we have to past government officials, i think we should bring them all for interrogation, not just that fall in disfavour with the powers that be. For truly, there is none that is perfect. At least, Tadzong did some good in his time. The roads today are a mess. I wish there were more people like him to handle the job.
i.e. if we have to judge government officials
Let him do the time if found guilty,”TIFF” people!!!
if the head of a fish is rotten, what do u expect of it tail…!
I also agree with Monjoh´s idea cause there is no use arresting this people when what they stole can not be refund back to the state treasury…
What is the point of corrupt people arresting corrupt people. Of corrupt judges passing judgement on corrupt officials. Of police steeped in blatant corruption rounding up corrupt people. It smells wrong and looks like a smoke screen. Thus, I have my reservations as to the rationale behind all these selective arrests. That is, are those that are in place now electing to eliminate those that once trampled upon them using the wrong motives? For example someone above talked about Abel terrorizing taxi drivers and hawkers citing this as a good retribution for those act.
However, there is a good message here, which is when the sunshines on you, remember it will never be forever, someday it will shine brighter on someone else and you will be left cold as death to rot in your own smell!
whatever….i dont see anything in arresting him when they are the same thieves…
tif man catch tif man????
no way
make dem take back the doh first….
Can some one in this blogg tell what Abel Ndeh did to Bamenda?Did he for real make Bamenda look good?Cos’Bamenda from my last visit to this town is a mess. The roads are just too horrible.Late Pefok did a hell of a job than this thief, that I hear has stalls in the Bamenda food market.Let him rot in jail and see how it taste.Like some one said what goes around comes around. After terrorising Abakwa he is now heading to destined home.Enjoy and may God give you long live so that you be able to enjoy your stay in jail.
The point is that we are all guilty. Let some one here tell me he wouldn’t misappropriate funds if given the chance to. We are all thieves, just we are not popular enough to be noticed or we don’t have access to big coffers… comment!!!
Ama if you are one of them don’t I am like you.Your name is Ama and I am very sure you are one of them.Don’t worry keep stealing our money “Bone go tight for youe neck”Why are these guysa being put to jail?Cos’ they’re in public position. You don’t steal the people’s money and want to go scotts free.Put me in that position and see if I would steal like you guys.
