It borders me a lot when after 50 years of independence the rulers of this country are boasting of just ONE fleet and there is so much talk about the Dja.Ethiopia is country that has faced multiple and a plathora of problems ranging from droughts to civil war yet ,the air transport sector is one of the best and busiet in Africa. Those of you who have traveled through Ethiopian Airlines know what i am talking about. The airport is beautiful and you will lots of Ethiopian planes.I don’t even want to comment about our airport because by comparison we do not even have one
mr diganton, you are rigth to all that you say. i always wonder about our cameroon country.
only god will help us.
You guys all kwon everything about the Politics of New Deal. The country had a fairly good start until this came around 27 years ago. Everything started going wrong, as soon as all the decisions were tribe based. This is it. Can that change? Let wet and see!
Mr Arma Nemb just be careful when pointing your finger at people, cause in case you do not know, when pointing one finger at someone the four fingers that are actually not directed at that someone are in fact pointing at yourself; and i know that you know what i mean right? so let give it shut.
no comments….sssshhhhhhh
Will it be soon. Will priority be given to Ex-Camair workers as Biya and MINFI are saying? I hope there will be rational balance in the recruitment. Lets wait and see the new list. I hope it will be for qualified workers and not tribalism as ADC ( full of Ydés ). When will this start? I hope it will not take another 4yrs ( dead of Camair ). Does it mean all the 12 Cameroonians are were not qualified or Biya does not trust Cameroonians? All the same, Like any other cameroonian, we will also be proud to see our National colours flying in the air. I wish them Good luck and hoping to travel with you soonest. For once, lets be serious, transparent and be patriotic.
This is real son of the soil. U really follow up news in Cameroon. Continue being positive and opinions like this can really bring change. Especially on the Govt to respect their words, selecting the best Ex camair workers who are qualified ( cos some of them were due to tribalism) and spent most time out of the country. Also the issue of Rational Balance has really being a problem back home. The Anglophones are always left out. If you are not a Yde or Dla, forget. This two regions made up 90% of the workers. What about the other 8 regions? Is this patriotism or transparency? How do you expect us to move ahead? Airline is not a bus park. It needs a lot of security. All the same the idea is good but too slow.
I insist that Ex-Camair workers should be given priority.
Mr Medounga came out with one list full of Yaounde collecting 3 million cfa per person. ( not respecting me ). The next list, i will control it myself knowing the percentage of qualified workers that deposited their applications. My PM destroyed the list ( list of corrupters )
Ministries of Finance and Transport did this delay because they wanted their own percentage. Minister of transport boycotted the meeting with the finance minister just of recent to continue the delay. Is the money comming out from his pocket?
Airline company is for the whole Nation. Representing the National colors in the air. Hence I will insist on Rational balance and transparency in the recruitment.
I did not choose the 12 Cameroonians who applied because they will fit in their family members and friends.
Popol.
I really wished it was the father himself talking. We are still; counting seconds, minutes, days and months. There must always be an end to everything. Yes, they say the only thing which remains constant is change itself. Change does not Change. Popol, try your best.
Jah!!! What a shame, Cameroon does not have an Airline Company after 50yrs of indipendence? Popol promised a football school for the youths on his youthday speech. Will that reduce unemployment or he has discover only football brings Peace in Cameroon after stealing votes? One embezeller’s money, even that of frank and Biya can open this company in the next 2 days. Gang des bandits. Popol and the family, wait for the sparrow epervier hawk also.
Delaying cos i want my ministers to steal. Afterall only eperviere will intervein but they will not refund the money. Our families will be rich. The Airline will come at its time. We will use this for Political Campaign. All the same, i do not have any problem travelling. What am i doing with the National colours in the Air? Is it my father’s Cameroon? Make man chop he own go he. How u go dey for plum tree and your family go chop red plum? Adieu Camair!!!
This country is ruled by incompetent old white haired people. People of personal interest and gang of embezellers. How can we lack an Airline Company? We know the money is there. What will become of the embezellers in prison? All we need is the cash not prison. Cos some of them are even more comfortable in the prison. Country of cam no go leaders. Dead will stroke u one day, and your children will continue.
Till we see a plane taking off before we can confirm. Same old stories since 2008. Tired of promises. We want immediate effect. Popol, your idea is good but you make alot of fake promises without realising any. What do you think you can say to convince us? U are just there to waste Cameroon income. Ever sinc Camair was closed, you have been paying some group ,of people in the name of Camair, repaired one plane and till date, it is still on ground. Where will you take another money for another control before your so called take off? Biya, stop making a fool of yourself. You don hear?
GM nominated and is already on a salary whereas he has not yet resume duty. Not even in the country. Isn’t that waste of money? We believe too much in whites. I think we have technicians in Cameroon who can better handle this matter. Anyway, lets wait and see.
