  1. as we can all see, this did not happen in a church or mosque where people are indoctrinated with ideas about a good god who does not exist but in a sciences researche center where logic prevail.this is clear prove that by investing massively in sciences and technology elevating it to the highest level of ahievement peopel can transform their material exsitence in record time.maybe in less than half a generation time if the strategic planning is well planned and executed.i am convinced that it is by putting sciences in the heart of education compleley eradicating religious dogma that comes with irgonrance, irresponsibility and no progress that we will catch up and even surpass others.
ofcourse it demand heavy human and financial investement but everything has a price except paradise kikikiki

    • Are u a fool or seriously trying to become one! The same science and technology u believe in was also foreign which u seldom believe in,if you can believe in something that is strange to you and imposed on you why not believe in a supreme being that is a cause for your existence,if there if evil it means there is good, both variables come to play when one is unavoidably present, same as i am talking to you now, Sir!

      • JRBZ…..the denger of having french, english and portuguese educated africans is that they remain psychologically caged by these cultures.they do not see themselves only through this cultures.to prove my point,a korean educated in korean or japanese educated in japanese will never say that sciences and technology is foreign because both terms exist in their languages and are used everyday.the same thing will be for africans if educated in our own language.
your comments demonstrate once more that language is a way of thinking, not for cominucation like our ignorant super degree holders always say.in a time when primary school children veiw sattlite immages everyday in japan seeing exactly how the world is.our degree holders are still talking about an inexistent supreme being kikikiki

        • Lol brotherman, the first failure of african as a continent and even as a unit is imitation, who says u must become like other people to prove your importance or prove that u are a people? Bridges, uncontrolled scientific innovations and other societal damaging tools are all arms of the foreign nation, if u agree with me the essence of hardwork is happiness, how do u achieve happiness? It is achievable in several forms, maybe these foreigners fein happiness through unimaginable creativity I don’t know, but the africans as a people derive their highest happiness through unity, religion and respect which is understandable. U must not create nnew things to show that u are superhuman,be at peace with your soul and everyone around u then that bond will keep u happy, that is our symbol as Africans!

  2. @bah acho
who told you that God don’t exist ??there is no day sciences can replace God if the might American can still hold on God then who is LRC oR A BLACK man.
And this 62 year old woman is not the first one and worst still her conception is an IV not natural i have seen a case of another old woman of same 62 years who was impregnated by the husband many cases in the church you are talking of yr sciences

    • that is not a simple practical scientific demonstration to prove that there is anything like the lie called god.because the world is round there is no god because heaven does not exist for god to be there like we were indoctrinated in brainwashing catholico protestant schools.
using america the most voilent country on earth where at least one african is killed everyday by aryan police officers who forced christianity in your mind is prove you are free to just be working around with no use.your mind is not thoughtful at all,if not you should be able to understand that there is no god because not the slightest prove exist and shall ever.
we must hold and innovate the cult of paying respect to the ancestors which is our spirituality more rational and compatible with sciences.

  3. Science is good, but we should not try to play God all the time and try to defie nature.
In vitro fertilization can be helpful to a young couple who desparatly want a child for one reason or another.
Having a child is a gift and I think should be a natural thing.
There are many children out there who need carrying arms and lovely homes.
At 62, you are supposed to be a grand mother, not a mother. That is very selfish.

    • Sorry to poke on you here.
As an African woman you should the stigma that goes with not having kids or not being able to bear a child.
But for the most part I agree with you

      • That is where we should start: educating the people and let them know that it is not allways the woman’s fault. The man can be the problem.
The African woman is naturally very fertile.
Many factors can be the raison why a couple can’t have children.

  4. Everything is possible if only one is persistent with open mind, and with science such things can happen But I have my reservations about this pregnancy and delivery at age 62 coming from LRC because LRC is ready to lie and create fake news just to give the impression that they can do something, time will tell, impossible lies are not I’m possible with LRC. Let’s wait and hear , if it was coming from another country I will easily accept but not LRC. To me this is publicity they have invented for a particular hospital so that rich old ladies who are in need of kids will rush there. In LRC people are ready to say and do anything for money.

  5. This is an area where smart Cameroonians are supposed to bring their intellect from all fields and shine. But they are virtually missing!!!
Yes, medicine can do wonders in solving human misery. The fact of a problem being unknown in one’s area of residence does not make it less of a problem. Artificial insemination works and has enabled many to have children, a great relief for marriages that would probably have fallen apart. But social science and religion should not let marriages fall apart because of childlessness. There are adoption facilities. Too many orphans litter the national landscape and Boko Haram is making good use of some! It is possible to adopt a child and bring it up as one’s own instead of taking a calculated risk of going into maternity at an advanced age.

  6. LRC should produce pictures and films ,that is documentary of her follow up (antenatal) till delivery as ii usually done when something exceptional happens in science . Giving birth at 62 is not impossible but unusual thus making it a big event, because special measures are taken which are ducumented not only to help science but to give hope that African of such age should no longer go abroad if they need children. I will never believe/trust anything from LRC if don’t see documentation with my eyes. Show Me her Antenatal if not, that is a big Scam , pregnant at 62 what was daily activities like during the pregnancy and what was her health situation b4 the pregnancy for doctors to even accept such an experiment. If have problem with African history due lack of documentation.

  7. All those involved in this intellectual charade MUST be investigated.

  8. This Exactly what Paul Biya wants. To reincarnate and Rejuvenate the old and the dying instead of giving opportunities to the young people. There’s no retirement in Cameroon.A young country for old people. A country where 80% of population is bellow 40 years old but is governed by people 90 years and above. Now instead of having our young girls deliver the next generation of Cameroonians, we are going to recycle aged women!

  9. This is Exactly what Paul Biya wants. To reincarnate and Rejuvenate the old and the dying instead of giving opportunities to the young people. There’s no retirement age in Cameroon.A young country for old people. A country where 80% of population is bellow 40 years old but is governed by people 90 years and above. Now instead of having our young girls deliver the next generation of Cameroonians, we are going to recycle aged women!
