  2. It is refreshing to see a new government in DRC. Great job by Kabila and Tshishekedi. Kabila at just 48 and 17 years in office knew it was time to go especially on the advice of democratic governments in Africa; Ghana, Kenya, South Africa and Tanzania as well as the philanthropist, Mo Ibrahim who awards to any African president who organizes free & fair elections and peacefully leaves office, $5 million paid over 5 years and $200,000 for life thereafter. Ellen Johnson of Liberia was the laureate in 2017. Biya reneged the opportunity to do so in 2011 when his mandate ended by a constitution he alone amended and swore he’d keep his word. He defaulted on that promise & plunged his country into a terrible armed conflict.
Biya is directly responsible for the state of Cameroon, a real nutjob!!!
